What you'll need to have
• 5 years of experience working in a retail and/or logistics role on a tactical and operational level, including previous management experience leading others with a proven record of successful leadership of people and business.
• Experience working through others, setting priorities, delegating responsibility, and providing open and honest feedback.
• Experience setting and implementing action plans, providing clear direction, and following up on goals.
• Experience with meeting budgets and goals, and working on plans over several years.
Your responsibilities
Contribute to a seamless customer experience by ensuring a safe, effective, and efficient goods flow process through:
- Securing a capacity plan and an effective goods flow process, including receiving, replenishment, and order fulfillment, to maintain a high-quality Self Service warehouse and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Ensuring high goods availability to enable customer order fulfillment at the lowest possible cost, collaborating with external service providers and internal partners.
- Developing and implementing local business and logistics action plans.
- Cooperating closely with transport planning departments to optimize inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Taking relevant actions to lower environmental impact and contribute to long-term profitability sustainably.
- Fostering an environment where IKEA’s culture embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.

The salary range for this position is $71,942 to $104,315. JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time.
