Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar role. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, with actual compensation depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Manager plays a vital role in the supply chain team by providing leadership and continuous improvement of processes to ensure on-time delivery to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees to operate at peak efficiency and managing operational goals.
  2. Maintaining key performance metrics, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvements.
  3. Developing warehouse operations processes, including product handling, storage, equipment utilization, and inventory accuracy.
  4. Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by establishing standards and complying with legal regulations.
  5. Serving as an operations liaison for new technology implementations.
  6. Designing and implementing effective warehouse layouts to optimize product flow and handling systems.
  7. Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost savings, and prioritizing initiatives based on potential gains and effort required.
  8. Developing, auditing, and controlling the department budget to ensure operational costs stay within plan.
  9. Managing logistics for domestic and international shipments and coordinating with internal teams regarding shipment status.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with inventory management, logistics, regulatory compliance, and productivity improvement.
  • Familiarity with standardized goals, KPIs, and performance-based incentives.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, and the ability to analyze large data sets to improve processes.
  • Extensive experience with TMS and WMS systems, particularly SAP.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, strong collaboration, and high integrity.
  • Certifications or experience related to DOT, IATA, or Dangerous Goods are a plus.
