Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Kenner facility. You will lead warehouse staff, manage inventory accuracy, optimize logistics, and ensure OSHA-safe practices across receiving, storage, and fulfillment.

The role requires 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience, proficiency with WMS and ERP systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and forklift certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Operations: Direct receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations; optimize floor layouts and material flows.
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, audit stock levels, and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain high accuracy rates.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel; establish daily performance targets and safety metrics.
• Vendor & Carrier Management: Coordinate with freight carriers, shipping partners, and suppliers to ensure timely shipments and cost-effective transportation.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain full compliance with OSHA standards, local regulations, and company safety protocols.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Kenner facility. You will be responsible for leading warehouse staff, managing inventory control, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring safety standards are met across receiving, storage, and fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities
