Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and effective receipt, storage, inventory, and transportation of components and finished goods. Responsibilities expand across multiple sites as performance goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor safety and security procedures for associates, facilities, environment, and products.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, shipping, and transportation regulations.
• Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes, ensuring staff adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure all products and materials are sorted, labeled, and stored according to SAP policies and standards.
• Develop and track operational metrics to promote accountability and standardization.
• Support production requirements by ensuring timely inventory management and physical counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, including scheduling and documentation.
• Inspect warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assist in annual budgeting, expense planning, and variance analysis.
• Recruit, hire, and train warehouse and administrative staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
• Oversee resource planning, utilization, coaching, mentoring, and corrective actions across all warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing or related areas.
• Proficiency with SAP, SPC, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
