We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Parts Operations Manager to oversee parts warehousing and logistics for Fleet Services, ensuring high service levels, managing costs, and developing efficient processes. The role requires strategic thinking, management skills, and vehicle parts knowledge.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage warehouse operations for timely, cost-effective parts delivery
2. Oversee shipping & receiving processes
3. Develop delivery and logistics systems to improve efficiency
4. Allocate materials across locations
5. Manage inventory and asset transactions
6. Resolve fulfillment and transportation issues
7. Ensure supply chain collaboration and safety compliance
8. Lead and develop fulfillment and transportation teams
9. Integrate supply chain into business planning
10. Participate in leadership initiatives
11. Contribute to local supply chain strategy and culture
12. Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed
13. Perform other duties and projects as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience; alternative combinations with higher education or more experience may be considered
• Experience in automotive service, vehicle maintenance, or technician roles
• Warehouse, inventory, and parts management experience
• Leadership experience of at least 1 year

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Karmak DMS preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of vehicle parts business
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strategic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
