The Warehouse Manager manages all warehousing activities efficiently and as per standards to meet SLAs and coordinate shipping requirements with company policies and vision. Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Responsible for setting up layouts and ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Develop strong customer relationships to ensure high service and satisfaction levels.
- Design and map each customer’s operation to meet their requirements and Aramex standards.
- Attend customer meetings as required.
- Set SLAs for all new customers.
- Analyze customer requests impacting cost and operational workflow.
- Report any information that might impact company image, brand, or operations.
- Set KPIs and conduct annual reviews for direct reports.
- Ensure warehouse staff are trained on logistics procedures and customer requirements.
- Assist and train personnel in using warehouse systems, DQMS, and processing work orders.
- Ensure optimal warehouse performance.
- Manage, control, and direct the warehouse team at all levels.
- Maintain warehouse performance standards.
- Meet customer SLAs directly.
- Analyze dashboards to forecast trends.
- Adhere to HSSE, compliance, and sustainability policies.
- Act on outcomes from quality audits.
- Comply with shipping and handling legislations.
- Operate within cost budgets.
- Ensure WMS is updated accurately and timely.

- Optimize workflow to minimize costs.
- Assist Supply Chain management with project costing and resource planning.
- Implement measures to reduce costs without compromising quality and standards.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
