Job Title: Manager - Warehouse

Division : CPD Operations

What You Will Learn :

To lead warehouse personnel and activities to ensure efficiency and safety within the established quality and material movement standards.

1. Lead warehouse operations including receipt, storage, distribution, inventory management, inbound trailer utilization, and shipment of materials, along with accurate data entry support.
2. Lead and train staff in methods and procedures that maximize operational efficiency and material movement.
3. Develop and ensure adherence to operational procedures by department personnel.
4. Ensure accurate data entry, proper documentation, and correct inventory activities.
5. Ensure prompt shipment of finished goods.
6. Collaborate with multiple departments to meet operational objectives.
7. Lead warehouse personnel.
8. Maintain proper order and housekeeping in the warehouse area.
9. Enforce all company policies within the department, including safety, quality, housekeeping, PPE, and SOPs.
10. Ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse material handlers and fleet drivers.
11. Monitor and maintain high quality of warehouse inventory.
12. Address technical issues related to warehouse equipment and systems.
13. Maintain staff records including training, attendance, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
14. Handle employee relations issues and conduct yearly performance reviews.
15. Monitor and update departmental performance metrics.
16. Manage daily workforce scheduling for optimal coverage.
17. Implement and uphold L’Oréal policies, including EEO, safety, and health standards.
18. Maintain records and complete reports timely.
19. Ensure a safe, clean work environment and support environmental programs.

What We Are Looking For :

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma with post-secondary training or technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to observe Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
• Forklift certification from L’Oréal or equivalent.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to [specified weight] lbs.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
