Job summary

WECare Air, Plumbing & Electric in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to support our growing team and keep operations running smoothly. You will maintain a safe, organized warehouse, oversee receiving, stocking, and shipping, track inventory, resolve issues, and assist with equipment and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute inventory and materials.
• Load and unload deliveries and shipments.
• Track inventory to support field teams.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and facility upkeep.
• Perform janitorial duties as needed.
• Support warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute inventory and materialsLoad and unload deliveries and shipments
• Track inventory and ensure materials are readily available for field teams
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and receiving disputes promptly
• Assist with maintaining warehouse equipment and facility upkeep
• Perform janitorial and custodial duties as needed
• Support all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
