Job summary

WECare Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to support our growing team in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse and oversee receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-first mindset. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe, organized warehouse.
• Experience coordinating inventory receiving, stocking and distribution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute inventory and materials.
• Load and unload deliveries and shipments.
• Track inventory and ensure materials are readily available for field teams.
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and receiving disputes promptly.
• Assist with maintaining warehouse equipment and facility upkeep.
• Perform janitorial and custodial duties as needed.
• Support all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
