Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Decatur, IL. Core hours are 7:00AM–3:30PM, Mon–Fri, with a pay range of $22.00–$26.00 per hour.

The role oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and organizing the facility to ensure accurate and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Forklift experience and certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous warehouse leadership, supervisor, or management experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities
• Receive incoming material and put away
• Enter basic data and inventory transactions
• Prepare stock for next production orders
• Prepare materials for outbound shipments to meet production and customer requirements
• Coordinate with purchasing for replenishment needs
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment
• Ensure accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements

Warehouse Manager| 7:00AM – 3:30PM |$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr| Monday – Friday

Position Summary

A well-known and respected electrical contractor also offering related services is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible overseeing daily operations including: inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and warehouse organization to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Qualifications for Warehouse Manager

• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse best practices
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform physical warehouse duties
• Forklift experience and certification or ability to obtain certification
• Previous warehouse leadership, warehouse supervisor, or warehouse management experience would be a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
