Pay rate: $60,000 to $70,000 annual salary + benefits

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising activities in the Warehouse, including ordering, receiving, processing, recording, and distributing supplies and materials. They will oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of installation and service materials, ensuring safety and security. The role involves planning the arrangement of goods, maintaining computerized systems, and collaborating with headquarters and accounting for safety and costs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Complies with warehouse and inventory procedures.
• Keeps warehouse organized and clean.
• Accurately picks and packs orders.
• Monitors inventory through cycle counts.
• Assists in delivering equipment to job sites.
• Loads and unloads delivery vehicles.
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Follows safety protocols.
• Works on projects with deadlines.
• Receives stock electronically, verifying specifications and quality.
• Maintains records and documents activities.
• Researches discrepancies and manages returns.
• Coaches warehouse staff.
• Schedules pickups and deliveries.
• Oversees all warehouse operations.
• Supervises and mentors staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 2+ years in warehouse operations, 1+ year in management

Skills and Abilities

• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Criminal background check required.
• Detail-oriented with accurate counting skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs., with assistance for heavier items.
• Operate warehouse equipment.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts.
• Work in varied environmental conditions.
• Travel up to 50% to remote sites.

Travel Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance to travel for business.
