Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower, LLC is seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our Operations Team. You will oversee shipping/receiving, warehousing and distribution, implement policies, and ensure safe equipment use and staff safety.

You will manage stock counts, schedule orders to meet deadlines, and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment while coordinating front counter sales and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in industrial/hydraulic hose distribution.
• Ability to lead a team and manage a diverse group of staff.
• Experience implementing policies and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Comfort with coordinating shipping/receiving, warehousing and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of shipping/receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe use of warehouse equipment and staff safety.
• Manage stock counts and overall inventory levels.
• Schedule all incoming/outgoing orders to meet deadlines and customer satisfaction.

Due to current, as well as projected growth, HosePower is looking for a self-motivated, action-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our Operations Team. At this branch, we produce hydraulic hose assemblies at our counter and provide “On-Site” Mobile service hydraulic hose assembly replacement.
