The Opportunity

We are seeking a Warehouse Site Manager with at least 3 years of management experience in distribution or transportation. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage site safety and operational efficiency
• Communicate daily with associates regarding service levels and performance
• Maintain work logs and report to corporate
• Audit labor and billing reports
• Meet customer needs daily and resolve issues
• Enforce policies and safety rules
• Conduct safety meetings
• Assist in managing budgets
• Schedule shifts and hire/train staff
• Supervise data entry and daily closeout procedures

Qualifications

• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 3+ years management in an industrial setting
• Leadership and training skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Budget management and financial skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Education & Experience

• Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience preferred
• BS/BA or Associate Degree with relevant experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience supervising warehouse staff
• Customer service experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Work in varying temperatures on concrete floors
• Lifting up to 75 lbs
