Job summary

Tri-Supply in Beaumont, TX is seeking a warehouse leadership professional to lead a team, ensure safe operations, and optimize inventory and order fulfilment. You will direct training, safety compliance, and process improvements to deliver reliable service.

The role requires proven supervision experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with warehouse management systems to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and meet operational goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks when necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee the safe loading and unloading of trucks while ensuring products are handled and stored properly.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and warehouse management systems.
• Inspect incoming shipments and resolve any damage, discrepancies, or delivery issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse that complies with company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate deliveries, product assembly, and special customer requests as needed.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with store management and vendors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
