Job summary

Tri-Supply is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Leader in Texas to recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff. You will manage receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment while ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee forklift operations, coordinate deliveries and special customer requests, and drive continuous improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. A background in warehouse leadership and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to lead teams and manage priorities
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects

Responsibilities

Job description

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates, providing training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee the safe loading and unloading of trucks while ensuring products are handled and stored properly
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and warehouse management systems
• Inspect incoming shipments and resolve any damage, discrepancies, or delivery issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse that complies with company policies and safety standards
• Coordinate deliveries, product assembly, and special customer requests as needed
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with store management and vendors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience required
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and meet operational goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
