The Tile Shop in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a full-time In-Store Warehouse Manager. The role oversees store-level warehouse activities, processes shipments, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures safety and orderliness. Night and weekend rotation is required; lifting 50–100 lb is expected.

Responsibilities

• Read orders and assemble customer orders from stock.
• Sort materials on racks according to size, type, color, or code.
• Complete inventory paperwork including shipping/receiving confirmations.
• Ensure accuracy of store inventory at all times.
• Label orders and back stock clearly; participate in cycle counts.
• Load/unload vehicles and secure paperwork with customers.
• Process incoming freight in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment like forklifts and inspect for safety.
• Record amounts of product received and distributed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

The Tile Shop is NOW HIRING a FULL TIME and IN-STORE Warehouse Manager

The In-Store Warehouse Manager is responsible for:

• Helping oversee the warehouse at the store itself.


• Preparing packing and shipping documents.


• Picking and staging outbound shipments.


• Ensuring inbound & outbound shipments are accurate & damage-free.


• Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

They must also have the ability to manually move and lift 50 to 100 lb. boxes of tile on a regular basis and have the flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation.

Job Description

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping order, or requisition to assemble customer orders from stock and place order on pallet or shelves.


• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.


• Complete all paperwork pertaining to inventory, which includes shipping confirmations, receiving confirmations, purchase orders, open orders, order check-off, and UPS.


• Ensure complete accuracy of store inventory at all times.


• Label all orders and back stock clearly.


• Participate in the cycle counting program.


• Load and unload customer vehicles; ensure proper paperwork is completed and signed off by the customer after loading of product.


• Process incoming freight trucks in a timely manner.


• Proper use of equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, to move inventory.


• Inspect equipment to maintain good working order.


• Record amounts of product received and distributed.


• Accountable for overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse.


• Enter records into computer.


• Other duties as assigned.

This role pays an hourly rate between $22-$23 hourly
