Job summary
YQN Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordination Trainee in the United States (Illinois, Romeoville) to support daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations, track shipments, and maintain inventory records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with exposure to WMS/ERP systems, data analysis, and process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; recent graduates welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required.
- Flexible to work overtime or weekends when needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations.
- Track shipment status and communicate with carriers.
- Monitor inventory movements and update records.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and inventory discrepancies.
- Support supervisors with daily planning and execution.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, Operations).
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and warehouse projects.
- Complete management training assignments and develop independence in operations.

We are seeking recent graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations to join us as Logistics Coordination Trainee.
- Coordinate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track shipment status and communicate with internal teams and external carriers.
- Monitor inventory movements and update system records accurately.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, shipping exceptions, and inventory discrepancies.
- Support warehouse supervisors with daily operational planning and execution.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and warehouse projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
