Job summary

Manhattan Associates in Atlanta is seeking a Services Project Manager to coordinate WM software implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization. This role is the day-to-day project-management contact for the client and works closely with solution consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to keep delivery on track.

This is an individual-contributor role focused on projects or defined workstreams of modest to moderate scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, CS, or related field.
5+ years in project management or enterprise software implementation.
Experience in client-facing roles with software or supply chain projects.
Proven ability to manage plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Willingness to travel to client or Manhattan locations as required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and status reports.
Coordinate WM implementation activities across process, configuration, integrations, data, testing, training, cutover, go-live.
Serve as the day-to-day project contact for client stakeholders and run effective meetings.
Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and client decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and push timely completion of actions and milestones.
Identify material risks and cross-workstream issues, and elevate commercial concerns.
Support transition to post-go-live stabilization and capture lessons learned.
