Purpose of the position
Warehouse daily affairs and personnel management; Warehouse receiving and shipping management and shipment order fulfillment; Shipment fulfillment material shortage management; Warehouse inventory and personnel safety supervision and assurance.
Responsibilities

- Ensure receiving, preparation of materials for dispatch, and logistics delivery are timely according to order requirements, ensuring normal production operations
- Maintain inventory aligned with business needs, enforce the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle, and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure records match physical stock
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce handing time and costs
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to achieve team objectives (e.g., staff scheduling, on-time shipment fulfillment)
- Establish and enforce warehouse safety protocols (e.g., fire safety inspections, cargo placement standards)
- Internal and external communication abnormal handling
- Process and SOP Optimization
Education and work experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Warehousing and Logistics, Business Administration, Economics
- 1 year or more of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with supply chain operators preferred
Working conditions
- Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
- This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

- Familiar with SAP/ERP/WMS systems
- Proficient in using Excel/PPT
