Ashley Furniture in Spanaway, WA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine building upkeep, HVAC maintenance, safety checks, and preventive repairs to ensure continuous operations.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and service.

Formación

Primary Job Functions

• Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage
• Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing
• Understanding recyclingprincipals
• Operate various PIV sit-downcenterrider
• Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
• Follow all OSHA and Company established safety rules and Follow procedures.

Secondary Job Functions

• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.

Job Qualifications

• High School, Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ Years Maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail
