Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and ongoing maintenance of facilities, electrical and mechanical systems in our warehouse environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will review schedules, perform safety checks, assist with installations, maintain floors and equipment, and complete work orders daily; a 1+ year maintenance background and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year maintenance, mechanic repair, or related experience.
• Knowledge in electrical system troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs, up to 65 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in a warehouse with noise and temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and prepare supplies.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance and general upkeep duties.
• Assist Facilities Manager with installations, modifications, and replacements of tools, equipment and any other maintenance projects.
• Maintain warehouse and operate power equipment to sweep, wash warehouse floors, aisles, clean spills, remove trash and debris.
• Perform PMs on all equipment including Conveyor/Powered Industrial Trucks/Specialized Equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance recap reports and submit daily to management.
• Communicate with vendors and provide quotes for management review.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
