Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Lead in Phoenix to drive the maintenance program for our dry/cold storage operations. You will lead maintenance planning, PM execution, and root-cause resolution to keep lines running smoothly.

You will coach operators on preventative maintenance, use GPS/IWS tools, and collaborate with line leaders to continually improve systems and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Coaches and develops maintenance teams to improve uptime.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Familiar with GPS/IWS systems for problem resolution.
• Prioritizes safety, quality, and food safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Daily Management System to deliver improved results.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and breakdown elimination.
• Ensure safety/quality/food safety issues are resolved quickly with parts/planning.
• Own the maintenance plan for the line, PMs, execution, and tracking.
• Participate in operations reviews and take appropriate actions.
• Eliminate technical barriers for line teams and drive CI of systems.
