Job summary

Cencora seeks a maintenance technician to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, document activities, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team. The role emphasizes safe work practices and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, supply chain operations, production planning, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification, preferred.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots routine mechanical and electrical issues using established procedures.
• Documents maintenance activities and updates records to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Communicates with team members to confirm task requirements and coordinate work activities.
• Escalates complex equipment or system issues with clear details and supporting observations.
• Participates in training and knowledge sharing to build technical capability and consistency.
• Interprets technical documents, diagrams, and instructions to perform tasks accurately.
• Analyzes mechanical and electrical systems to support maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Troubleshoots automated systems including PLC-controlled and computer-based equipment.
