Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, supply chain operations, production planning, or related field.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.
• Interprets technical documents, diagrams, and instructions to perform tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots routine mechanical and electrical issues using established procedures.
• Documents maintenance activities and updates records to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Communicates with team members to confirm task requirements and coordinate work activities.
• Escalates complex equipment or system issues with clear details and observations.
• Participates in training and knowledge sharing to build technical capability and consistency.
• Operates independently while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
