Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring for a Mail Sorter in Pine Brook, NJ, offering $16.50 per hour and an early shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. You will inspect, sort, and pack mail and parcels, loading and unloading from conveyors and using scanners to ensure accurate labeling and routing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Mail Sorter.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
