Job description

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

SCHEDULE:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:15PM. Occasionally some Saturdays, but only 4 hours.
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-10:15PM. Occasionally some Saturdays, but only 4 hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant.
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a warehouse facility.
• 3+ years of experience working as a machine operator.
• Familiar with plant tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience fabricating plastic in a warehouse is a plus but not required.
