Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC in Kansas City, MO is hiring Warehouse Lumpers for a fast-paced, physically demanding role in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

You will load and unload 50+ lb freight, meet tight deadlines, and work Sundays through Thursdays with overtime as needed. Benefits kick in after 30 days, PTO accrues from Day 1, with time off after 90 days. Weekly pay, and strong attendance needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly for 8–10+ hours.
• Non-climate controlled warehouse environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload 50+ pound boxes, containers, and trailers throughout shift.
• Perform heavy lifting, stacking, sorting, and palletizing safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a rapid pace to meet daily production and unloading deadlines.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment.
