American Lumper Services LLC in Kansas City, MO is hiring Warehouse Lumpers for a fast-paced, physically demanding role in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

You will load and unload 50+ lb freight, meet tight deadlines, and work Sundays through Thursdays with overtime as needed. Benefits kick in after 30 days, PTO accrues from Day 1, with time off after 90 days. Weekly pay, and strong attendance needed.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload 50+ pound boxes, containers, and trailers throughout shift.

• Maintain a rapid pace to meet daily production and unloading deadlines.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment.

This is a highly physical, fast-paced, and labor-intensive role. You will be loading and unloading freight manually all day in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. If you enjoy a demanding physical workout and want to get paid for it, this is the perfect job for you.

Schedule & Hours

• Days: Sunday through Thursday
• Fridays: Some Fridays are required based on business volume.
• Overtime: Mandatory overtime as needed to finish the daily workload.
• Must be flexible and reliable to work scheduled days and stay until the job is complete.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain a rapid pace to meet strict daily production and unloading deadlines.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment.
• Must undergo a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Requirements

• Extreme Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, push, pull, load, and unload 50+ pound boxes consistently for 8 to 10+ hours a day.
• Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate controlled warehouse (hot in the summer, cold in the winter).
• Work Ethic: Must be a proven hard worker with a "can-do" attitude who thrives on physical labor.
• Reliability: Excellent attendance record is non-negotiable. You must have reliable transportation to ensure you hit your shifts.
• Experience: Prior warehouse loading/unloading, construction, landscaping, or lumper experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right physical drive and stamina.
