The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in loss prevention or warehouse security, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, warehouse security, or a related role preferred.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse operations and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of warehouse loss prevention procedures.
• Assist with investigations involving inventory shortages or security incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention activities.
• Train and educate warehouse associates on asset protection best practices.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy and operational security.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.
