Job summary

Humano is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Grand Prairie site in Texas. This hands-on leadership role will build a strong team, oversee receiving, unloading, inventory, and staging, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The role starts on a single shift with potential expansion to two shifts as loading operations grow, offering room to advance and shape the site from the ground up at Humano.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to productivity and safety goals.
• Experience with receiving, unloading, loading, inventory, and warehouse workflows.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with computers, reports, and warehouse or timekeeping systems.
• Forklift and equipment experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule as the site grows.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates on your shift.
• Oversee daily operations, including unloading, receiving, and staging.
• Help launch and staff loading operations if the site expands to two shifts.
• Track productivity, attendance, and performance, and coach associates to meet goals.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Partner with the client, site leadership, and recruiting to meet staffing needs.
• Interview candidates and support new hire onboarding and orientation.

Job Summary:
