Job summary

Viant Medical's Fort Wayne site is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics. You will supervise a team of about six associates and coordinate internal van operations, while ensuring on-time deliveries and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include coaching, safety, prioritization, collaboration with Operations, Planning, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, plus ERP/O Oracle transactions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Lead and develop the Warehouse & Logistics team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Manage daily Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, and Logistics activities.
• Establish priorities and allocate resources to support customer requirements.
• Coordinate transportation activities, including support of internal van operations.
• Manage overtime requirements and staffing coverage based on business needs.
• Drive inventory accuracy and cycle count compliance.
• Partner closely with Operations, Planning, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor and improve On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
• Identify and resolve material flow issues impacting production and customer deliveries.
• Support Oracle transactions, receiving processes, inventory movements, and shipping documentation.
• Develop standard work and continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and logistics processes.
• Maintain accountability for team performance and execution.

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor leads daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, on-time customer deliveries, and operational efficiency, supervising a team of approximately six associates — including a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, Material Handlers, Inventory Control Personnel, Logistics Personnel, and a Van Driver / Transportation Support — while managing priorities, supporting overtime needs, and driving accountability across all warehouse and logistics activities.
