Job summary

CMI Management LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to ensure smooth, safe, site-wide logistics at our Shepherdstown, WV location. You will manage inventory, coordinate internal relocations, and support events with package delivery and setup.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics, with valid license and ability to lift heavy loads. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for successful operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
1–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, facilities maintenance, or event operations experience.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly; stand or walk for extended periods.
Basic computer proficiency for tracking packages and inventory.
Strong communication, time-management, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Government vehicles and material handling equipment for site-wide package delivery.
Coordinate internal furniture relocations, office configurations, and equipment moves with minimal disruption.
Assist with setup/breakdown and arrangement of tables, chairs, gym mats, signage for meetings and events.
Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or PO.
Maintain safe, clean, organized warehouse and event staging areas.
