Job summary

Midland in Wheeling, IL is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate dedicated to accurate order fulfillment, packing, labeling and shipping. You will work Monday–Friday, with typical hours 10:30am–7:00pm, in-person at our facility.

Responsibilities include pulling and packing orders, generating shipping labels, loading/unloading trucks, securing loads and maintaining clean, safe work areas in compliance with company safety rules. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., reach truck, order picker, pallet jack) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, stage or convert orders for shipment using a work order or supervisor instructions.
• Package material for shipment according to requirements and ensure legible labels and order numbers.
• Use computer to generate labels, check stock, input shipping data, prepare UPS/FedEx shipments and manifests.
• Load or unload trucks ensuring safety, securing loads and clearing entry/exit areas.
• Accurately complete and maintain forms and records; perform housekeeping and keep work area clean.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations; perform other duties as assigned.
