Job summary

Abbott Interfast in Wheeling, IL is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to maintain a clean, organized 100,000 sq ft facility and accurately pick, pack, and ship orders for North American OEM customers.

You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure a safe, compliant workspace with PPE usage.US citizenship is required; forklift certification is a plus. Health, dental & vision insurance, 401K, and paid vacation are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus and familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklift or hand truck.
• Maintain inventory by labeling and stocking materials.
• Pick and pack parts following customer specs and print labels.
• Move materials between storage areas using equipment as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized and follow PPE rules.
