Archway is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our growing team in Illinois. The role focuses on accurate set-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to client specs. The candidate should be proficient with PC applications and capable of learning new systems quickly.

The daily duties include line set-up, cycle counts, required paperwork, and assisting with receiving/shipping. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experience
• Strong reading and math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Help with line set-up
• Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
• Use voice tech, RF guns, and other equipment as required
• Assist with receiving and shipping duties
• Complete required paperwork and time-tracking
• Restock packaging materials
• Assist team to meet customer expectations
• Participate in process improvement with supervisor or team lead
