Job summary

PGL (Perimeter Global Logistics) is seeking an entry‑level Warehouse/Logistics Associate to plan and coordinate logistics services, storage, and distribution activities. You will support external partners and PGL in handling products from storage to shipment.

Responsibilities include packing, tagging, loading/unloading, and communicating with customers to finalize orders and track inventory. Strong organizational skills and basic IT literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent and/or industry-related certification.
• 0-1 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Pack, repack, unload, and position product/goods in or around transportation vehicles.
• Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled or moved, using operational documents.
• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Sort, record & organize cargo/customer goods before loading and unloading or situating for storage.
• Confer with customers by telephone, email, or in person to provide information about products or services related to their contracted offerings, take or enter orders, and obtain details regarding inventory or storage.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
