At least 3 months of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution.
Basic to intermediate computer literacy for data entry and system navigation.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the efficient movement of materials, including picking, kitting, receiving, and put-away tasks.
Operate industrial trucks, power hoists, and other material handling equipment to transport goods safely.
Accurately document all material transactions and movements using digital tracking systems.
Prepare shipments by loading vehicles and securing cargo with bracing, strapping, or padding to prevent transit damage.
Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
Assemble crates and containers to protect finished products and components.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support overall facility productivity.
Cross-train across various logistics functions to support team flexibility and workflow continuity.
