SANS Institute is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Beltsville, MD area. You will lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and coordinate live training order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery of materials for every event.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience with leadership and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems handling inventory and order fulfillment.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; OSHA/safety awareness.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Oversee fulfillment of Live training orders and coordinate with print vendors.
• Lead safety culture, OSHA compliance, and safety audits on-site.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance with landlord and service providers.
• Own inventory accuracy across locations and administer Odoo ERP.
