Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, operationally complex environment.
• Experience with warehouse management, inventory control, material flow, and outbound logistics.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or outsourced warehouse ops.
• Strong leadership, people development, performance management, and change management.
• Strong planning, prioritization, problem solving, and decision making.
• Effective communicator across all levels and external partners.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office; data-driven performance management.
• Commitment to HSE&S, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~30 employees with focus on safety, accountability, and excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for on-site and 3PL interfaces.
• Coordinate material flows to meet production and customer requirements.
• Establish robust processes, standard work, and operation discipline.
• Monitor 3PL performance and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Control inventory, material flow, and ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with HSE&S, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Set and communicate KPIs, targets, and performance routines.
