Job summary

Martin-Baker America is seeking an Assistant Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to support daily stockroom operations, oversee material flow to production, and ensure accurate inventory management. This on-site, full-time role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and coordination across multiple departments.

You will lead stockroom staff, supervise picking, issuing, storage, and cycle counts, and partner with Production Planning, Quality, and Inventory Control to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• 5+ years warehousing, inventory control, or material handling experience.
• 1+ years supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems and strong computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and delegation skills.
• Occasional local travel may occur.
• Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support stockroom staffing, training, and day-to-day workflow.
• Oversee part pulling, issuing, storage, and rotation of materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate material handling activities and safe equipment operation.
• Partner with Production Planning, Quality, Inspection, and Inventory Control teams.
• Manage equipment upkeep, loss prevention, and process improvements.
• Assist shipping and packaging teams as needed and support cross-training.
• Follow all applicable procedures, safety requirements, and ISO standards.
