You will schedule orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support outbound operations, with 0–2 years of experience and familiarity with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with materials handling and RF equipment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Report and correct shorts; investigate issues.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct flow of vessels between yard and dock doors.
• Prioritize daily workload to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain inbound/outbound records and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound paperwork.
• Collaborate with customer service.
• Ensure information passes to the next shift.
