Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator I to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. The role emphasizes learning, initiative, and clear communication with colleagues, vendors, and international counterparts.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound deliveries, unloading freight, labeling and pulling inventory, operating a forklift, and ensuring accuracy and safety in all warehouse

• Prepare and pack shipments according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as required.

The role requires a solid understanding of warehousing, distribution, and logistics, with an emphasis on learning, initiative, and effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and international counterparts.

The anticipated range for this position is $22.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
