Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator II to excel in advanced warehouse operations, lead by example, and support logistics, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives.

The role covers inbound deliveries, receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, safety, and collaboration with internal teams. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Retrieve pallets and stored products and equipment.

• Monitor the ticketing system for pick requests.
• Operate forklift.
• Enter shipping data using appropriate scales, computer systems, forms, and measurements.
• Prepare and pack shipments according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or orders.
• Maintain warehouse layout and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor key metrics (KPIs) to drive task completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet business objectives and escalations.
• Manage projects as assigned by warehouse manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as required.

The anticipated range for this position is $20.70 - $24.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
