Job summary

Cradles to Crayons is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Associate to support the Philadelphia Giving Factory and warehouse operations. You will help manage product needs, stock levels, and supplier relationships while coordinating logistics for events and offsite activities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a nonprofit or warehouse setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive, lift up to 80 lbs, and handle occasional evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management is required.
• Fluent English: reading, speaking, and writing.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to perform basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Coordinate vendor relations and waste management.
• Assist with volunteer management and events.
• Provide transportation support as needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and organization in the Giving Factory.
