Job summary

Nestlé USA in Oklahoma City is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support our finished goods operations. You will coordinate receiving and shipping, manage dock assignments, and oversee loading and unloading to maximize efficiency while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role also provides systems assistance to forklift operators and data stewards, resolves WMS exceptions, and helps document procedures and training.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of logistics experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, dispatching or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize information system tools to prioritize and manage loading/unloading workload.
• Coordinate dock operations, including dock door assignment and trailer spotting, to maximize dock capacity.
• Assign loading/unloading work to forklift operators, noting special packaging or inventory requirements.
• Monitor replenishment orders to ensure timely arrival of product.
• Print pick lists, review for accuracy, and enter shipping paperwork.
• Provide systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards, resolving WMS exceptions and inventory variances.
• Assist Manager and Team Leaders in documenting procedures and training new hires.
• Perform warehouse office clerical functions and other duties as assigned.
