Job summary

CFS Brands in Oklahoma City is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, order accuracy, and inventory control. This hands-on role works closely with logistics, carriers, manufacturing plants and leadership to ensure timely receipt of goods and accurate stock across sites.

You will perform receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and data entry in AS400, mentor teammates, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years in distribution operations; 1 year in a lead or lead-like role.
• Strong communication and written skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer-facing shipping and inventory management; Lean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, Transportation & Documentation
• Scanning Bill of Ladings
• Inbound Dock Scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and plan daily transfers multiple times daily
• Monitor receiving progress and correct as needed
• Communicate with LTL/OTR carriers
• Utilize AS400 as our WMS
• Warehouse Operations
• Perform general warehouse tasks including receiving, cycle counts, parcel packing, workstation setup, and housekeeping
• Support workflow management on the floor, including preparation for huddles, daily planning, and coordination with Supervisors
• Assist with training team members on standard work, packing expectations, workstation layouts, and system processes
• Administrative & Data Entry
• Complete computer-based data entry for shipping, inventory, planning, and KPI inputs
• Organize clerical documents including purchase orders, inbound documents and packing lists
• Support administrative tasks related to SQDC updates, process charting, and daily management routines
• Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen events, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and current standard work documents and support SOP/work instruction updates
• Support Oklahoma City’s safety program through participation in audits, hazard mapping, and corrective actions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and proactively report or correct unsafe conditions
