Job summary

Televic Rail US is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse operations at our Sacramento facility. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory control systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
• Ability to process shipments and inventory transactions with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Package completed production units for customer shipments.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment with palletizing, labeling, and documentation.
• Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
• Operate carrier platforms (e.g., UPS WorldShip).
• Generate packing slips, shipping labels, invoices, and export docs as needed.
• Coordinate LTL, freight, and parcel shipments.
• Receive daily shipments; verify quantities and documentation.
• Report damaged or missing shipments promptly.
• Book finished goods into inventory systems.
• Maintain organized shipping and warehouse areas.
• Ensure shipments comply with shipping requirements.

Position Summary

Televic Rail US is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse operations at our Sacramento facility. This role works closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse personnel to ensure finished goods, incoming materials, and customer shipments are processed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with domestic and international shipping, carrier systems such as FedEx and UPS, inventory handling, and fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments. This role also requires the ability to quickly learn and independently navigate warehouse and business systems with limited day-to-day supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Package completed production units for customer shipments

• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including palletizing, labeling, and documentation

• Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other freight carriers

• Operate and manage UPS WorldShip and other carrier shipping platforms

• Generate packing slips, shipping labels, commercial invoices, and export documentation as needed

• Coordinate LTL, freight, and parcel shipments

• Receive daily incoming shipments and verify quantities, condition, and documentation

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments promptly

Inventory & Production Support

• Book finished goods into inventory systems

• Coordinate movement of completed products from production into shipping

• Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas

• Support inventory accuracy through proper material handling and transaction recording

• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet customer delivery schedules

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure shipments comply with domestic and international shipping requirements

• Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documentation

• Follow company safety, quality, and handling procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations

• Hands-on experience working within an ERP, warehouse management, or inventory control system (such as SAP or similar) required

• Ability to accurately process shipping, receiving, inventory, and material transactions within business systems with limited supervision

• Demonstrated computer proficiency in warehouse/logistics environments, including shipping platforms, inventory systems, and business software

• Experience with UPS WorldShip strongly preferred

• Experience coordinating shipments using FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers

• Experience with international shipping documentation preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, industrial, or technical product environments preferred

• Basic computer skills including inventory systems, email, and spreadsheets

• Forklift certification or experience is a plus

• Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and management teams

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
