Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Denver is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations and promote safety and efficiency in daily activities. You will coordinate receiving and shipping, assign loading work to forklift operators, and ensure accurate inventory data in the WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years clerical/clerk experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize information system tools to prioritize and manage loading/unloading workload.
• Coordinate dock operations and trailer spotting to maximize capacity and sequencing.
• Assign loading/unloading work to forklift operators with special customer packaging or inventory needs.
• Monitor replenishment orders to ensure timely product arrival.
• Print and verify pick lists, enter order adjustments and shipping paperwork.
• Provide systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards; resolve WMS issues.
• Assist managers in documenting procedures, training, and evaluating staff.
• Perform warehouse clerical duties including production reports and routine queries.
