Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Allentown, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, storage and shipping operations in support of plant production. You’ll guide a warehouse team and collaborate with other departments to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant processes.

Sample responsibilities include training forklift operators, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to address issues and sustain a productive, inclusive work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse team members and shift operations.
• Train and provide guidance to forklift operators and the warehouse clerk.
• Assign tasks and monitor completion of work.
• Ensure safe work practices and promote a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication.
• Provide regular feedback on team performance.
• Report to the Warehouse Manager on warehouse operations and significant matters.
