Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Denver is seeking a Forklift Operator to perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading and unloading trucks, case picking, and staging finished goods. You will use RF scanning to ensure accuracy and follow FIFO processes to rotate stock efficiently.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of forklift experience in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of sit down or stand up forklift operations experience in a high-volume distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in a productive manner, maintaining productivity, utilization, and efficiency.
• Load and unload accurate quantities of product with safe handling and accurate paperwork using RF equipment.
• Unload product and inspect for damage.
• Move finished product from packing area to designated bin using FIFO inventory methods.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance checks and report repairs to supervisor.
• Build case pick pallets/loads of mixed product as needed.
